We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your HerbTouch purchase. Because our products are crafted in small batches using botanical ingredients—some of which are more sensitive to time, heat, or contamination—we kindly ask you to review our return policy below.

✦ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 to 24 hours before shipment. Once the product has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@herbtouch.net with your order number and subject line “Cancellation Request.”

✦ Return Window

Due to the delicate nature of botanical skincare and natural perfumes, we accept return requests within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and unused, with all original seals and labels intact.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence the product was opened or used.

Note: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way—including the removal of security stickers or seals—cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety concerns.

✦ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products opened, unsealed, or used.

• Personalized items or made-to-order products.

• Products that have exceeded the return window.

• Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

✦ Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

• If the item was a gift, you may receive store credit instead of a refund.

✦ Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of returned delivery.

Our formulations are made with natural plant ingredients and essential oils. While we prioritize skin compatibility, individual reactions vary. Please patch test first. We are not responsible for irritation due to individual sensitivity.
